Presenting Rob Statham offering an eventful evening packed full of toe tapping, floor filling musical ‘bangers’ spanning over 5 decades. Like all reputable craftsmen Rob insists on bringing his own tools to work, in the shape of a guitar, banjo and mandolin…. And then he’s ready for work.
Rob’s stage career began in the late 80’s performing as a teenager on ITV’s New Faces alongside his two bandmates in front of 11 million viewers. Rob went on to front the band Boys Next Door, who spent over three decades solely working for holiday corporate brands such as Butlins, Warner Hotels, Haven, Parkdean Resorts and many more. Rob also spent time as the guitar player in the legendary Cannon and Ball band. In 2012 Rob appeared on itvs prime time TV show “Britain’s Got Talent” in the spoof band “The Dinner Ladies”. Rob also appeared on the same show as recent as 2024 as himself “Robert Statham the rapping librarian” and both times getting through to the following rounds.
